    Olson and Son has a commitment to providing high quality services and products.  We approach every project as if it was our own home.  Some examples include using the highest schedule (thickness of pipe) plumbing, and a higher grade outlet/switches for electrical work.  Thought is always given to the future needs of our customers and their projects, e.g. we recommend larger service panels for circuit breakers and water service inside the home to ensure such improvements will have a longer lifetime of usability. Olson and Son provides important attention to detail and forethought and because we know the importance of quality, we provide the same service and products that they would want for ourselves.

Environmental Concerns ^…

    We conduct our business in an ecologically conscious manner.  We avoid using any pressure treated wood because of the toxic compounds utilized in the production of this wood.  All material removed from a project site that can be recycled is given to local building recycling companies. We do not use Medium Density Fiber board (MDF) in any of our projects as this material is not as stable or impact resistant as solid wood.  Solid wood is used for all molding and finish carpentry.
